DKSH Australia is seeking a strategic Country Lead for Innovative Medicines & Patient Solutions in Sydney. This executive role will drive growth, secure exclusive licensing, agency and market expansion partnerships, and deliver integrated solutions to improve patient access to innovative therapies.

You will build executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, and oversee cross-functional teams across regulatory, market access, sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure sustained portfolio

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Proven ability to drive business development, licensing and market expansion.
• Strong track record in strategic partnerships and complex negotiations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets/forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Innovative Medicines & Patient Solutions in Australia.
