Job summary

Central Pet, a division of the Cenversa group, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Huntingwood, NSW. You will handle sales orders by phone and email, maintain customer records, and support the sales and marketing teams with a proactive, can-do attitude.

The role is 3 days per week (Mon-Thu), offers competitive benefits, and a staff discount program. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with the pet industry are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in the pet, vet or animal industries advantageous.
• Ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Maintain a strong and positive 'can do' attitude.
• High level of communication skills and rapport-building ability over the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically
• Ensuring KPI's and targets are met
• Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping
• Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
• Keeping in touch with existing customers, advising of product promotions and sales
• Providing administration support to the sales team
• Assisting in marketing activities
