Epiroc Australia in Perth is seeking an Automation Product Specialist to join our team. Based in Perth, you will install, commission, and provide specialist support for Epiroc automation and technology products across Australia.

The role includes field visits, office work, commissioning activities, and direct customer engagement. The successful applicant will have strong troubleshooting skills across control, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, relevant qualifications, and the ability

Qualifications

Excellent troubleshooting skills across control, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and technology aspects of mining equipment.
Meticulous and methodical with ability to manage multiple projects.
Relevant trade or tertiary qualification(s).
Previous experience with Epiroc products and automation systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs of Epiroc automation and technology systems.
Preparing comprehensive documentation, including technical reports and test plans.
Providing technical support to internal and external customers.
Work closely with factory engineers to improve automation and technology products.
Develop knowledge on relationships between parameters and machine control system functionalities.
Continually develop knowledge and expertise.
Understand and comply with OH&S policies and procedures.
