Job summary

Epiroc in Perth, WA, is seeking a trade qualified Drill Fitter to join our service team. You will carry out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems, conduct pre-delivery installations, and build strong relationships with the team.

Qualifications

• Ideally, possess mechanical/auto electrical, hydraulic or heavy diesel trade qualifications or similar.
• Experience in maintenance of surface and underground mining equipment and hydraulic repairs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and fault-find complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop strong relationships with team members.
• Carry out machine pre delivery and customer installations on Epiroc equipment.
• Perform service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems with attention to quality.
• Diagnose equipment issues and fault-find where needed.
• Be self-driven, deliver exceptional service, and support teamwork.
• Comply with SHEQ and WHS requirements and continuously improve standards.
