Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the WA Accommodation operation in Perth. You will own the local team, portfolio and supplier network, driving occupancy, rates and client retention while working with Sales, Reservations, Finance and national operations.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role with regular market presence and landlord relationships. You will oversee leasing, renewals and supplier management, ensuring exceptional guest and corporate client

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate accommodation, serviced apartments, hotel operations, residential property or a related industry.
• Experience leading teams, contractors and external suppliers.
• Strong commercial and operational judgement.
• Experience with apartment leasing, property sourcing, portfolio management or landlord/agent relationships will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Perth operation, local team, contractors and supplier network.
• Drive portfolio performance, occupancy, rates, revenue and client retention.
• Develop and implement the strategic growth plan for WA.
• Identify, source and assess new apartment opportunities.
• Manage apartment leasing, renewals, rent reviews and lease expiries.
• Build relationships with landlords, agents, and managers.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance and other suppliers.
