Job summary

Private Advertiser in Perth is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to own a new venue and drive a high-performing team from the front. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage guest experience, and push for strong commercial results.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in hospitality management, rostering, cost control and staff development. You will report to an experienced operations group and enjoy autonomy to shape the venue’s performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within hospitality, QSR, restaurants, pubs, cafés, retail or another high-volume environment.
• Strong operator able to manage rostering, labour, stock, compliance, sales and costs.
• Commercially focused with experience working towards budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams, coaching other managers and emerging leaders.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Manager: 3+ years of management experience within hospitality or high-volume environments.
• Strong Operator: Confident managing all venue operations, including rostering and cost control.
• Commercially Focused: Comfortable working towards budgets and performance targets.
• People Leader: Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Hands-On Approach: Willing to lead from the front during peak periods.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Organised, resilient and decisive in a fast-paced setting.
