GTE Track Spray, part of Rentokil Initial, is seeking an enthusiastic Office All Rounder based in Welshpool, Perth, WA on a permanent full-time basis. The role requires being in the Perth office Monday to Friday, handling daily admin and customer interactions.

You will report to the National Business & Compliance Manager, support service delivery teams, prepare reports, maintain records, and help keep operations running smoothly in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Support/Administration (essential).
• Excellent customer service skills (phone-based).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Proficient in reporting and creating complex reports/data systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously.
• High attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers via email and phone daily.
