Job summary

The successful candidate will be based in the Perth office, attend the office Monday to Friday, and use administration experience to build customer relationships and support technicians and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Support/Administration (essential).
• Excellent customer service skills (phone based).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Proficient in reporting and creating complex report and analysis data systems for customized/individual reporting as required.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers directly via email and phone on a daily basis.
• Perform basic administration duties and planning tasks.
• Support the office team's day-to-day operations.
• Work cross-functionally with internal service delivery teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure customer records are up to date and compliant.
