Genus Infrastructure in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and support major WA infrastructure and resources projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide high-level project administration, documentation, onboarding, procurement support, and cost tracking across multiple stakeholders. This fast-paced role suits an organised, proactive communicator with MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator in construction, mining, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
• Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance.
• Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables.
