Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Administrator to join upcoming regional WA infrastructure projects. You will provide administrative support across the site team, managing documentation, correspondence and reporting to keep the project running smoothly.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate travel and site logistics, assist with meetings and minute-taking, and support inductions and site access processes. Local Kalgoorlie candidates are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration or coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Based locally in Kalgoorlie or surrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and records.
• Coordinate correspondence and site communications.
• Support meeting scheduling and minute-taking.
