Job summary

D&E Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mechanical services projects from planning through to completion. Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Based in Perth, you will manage budgets, procurement, and stakeholder coordination while driving commercial and operational excellence on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Ability to coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement and program management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
