Job summary

Europcar Australia is seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to join the WA team at Perth Airport on a permanent full‑time basis. You will oversee maintenance networks, ensure vehicle condition accuracy and support cost‑effective fleet management in line with Europcar values.

You will communicate with stations on quality and service, monitor handback criteria, and drive continual improvement across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Previous fleet experience or frontline operational experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy - medium Excel skills and learns internal systems quickly.
• Strong skills in planning, organising and determining priorities.
• Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance network for Western Australia, complying with WHS requirements and manufacturer standards.
• Optimum file quality and customer service with vehicle conditions and accuracy of recordings.
• Work with Defleet Coordinator ensuring fleet meets handback criteria with effective costs.
• Minimal Vehicle Off Road time.
• Support communication to Stations on quality, customer service & vehicle condition to enhance and lead continual improvement.
