Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive Fleet Controller for our Western Australia operations, based at Perth Airport. The role focuses on maximizing fleet utilisation and high-yield vehicle management in WA, working with the management team to drive profitability and drive performance-based incentives.

You will coordinate movements, monitor processes to minimise damage, and mentor the WA fleet team while aligning with budgets and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or frontline operational roles.
• Budget awareness with focus on cost efficiency and KPI attainment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
• Coordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability.
• Monitor, enforce and improve processes to reduce undetected damage across WA.
• Coach and guide the WA fleet team in planning, new car arrivals, defleets, and freight movements.
• Oversee daily reporting of vehicles to be defleeted and manage inter-island transfers.
• Ensure vehicle statistics and reporting are accurate and timely.
