Job summary

Europcar Australia is seeking a driven Fleet Controller to join the Western Australia team at Perth Airport. This full-time role focuses on maximizing fleet utilisation and profitability across WA, ensuring vehicles are maintained to high standards and ready for deployment.

You will coordinate movements, monitor damages, and guide the WA fleet team, with budgeting, KPI delivery, and reporting tied to regional performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations or frontline operations is preferred.
• Ability to work within budgets and identify cost-saving measures.
• Strong KPI focus with experience delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open driver’s licence and valid Australian work rights.

## **Job Description**Europcar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate **Fleet Controller** to join our **Western Australia** team on a **full time** basis.
