Job summary

Europcar Australia is seeking a driven Fleet Controller to join our Western Australia team at Perth Airport. You will work with management to maximise fleet utilisation and profitability across WA, driving high yield on vehicles.

Key responsibilities include coordinating fleet movements, reducing undetected damage, coaching the WA fleet team, and managing budgets and reporting. A strong KPI focus and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous fleet experience or frontline operational experience.
• Ability to work within budgets and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Commercial awareness with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
• Ability to analyse and interpret company information and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
• Coordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability.
• Monitor, enforce and improve processes to reduce undetected damage across WA.
• Coach and guide the WA fleet team in planning and managing fleet for locations.
• Manage inter-island process and oversee daily reporting of defleeted vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle statistics are accurate and daily reporting is completed.
• Control transfer and relocations costs within agreed budgets.
