Ideal candidates have 15+ years in project controls, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with project management software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in project controls management.
• Proven knowledge of project controls principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, and resource-loaded schedules in coordination with project managers.
• Implement scheduling methodologies and tools to optimize timelines and critical path.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for engineering projects.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze cost performance against budgets.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement for accurate cost accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to integrate risk management into plans and decisions.
• Provide timely analysis of project performance data, trends, and forecasts.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audit trails.
• Lead and mentor a team of project controls professionals.
