Ramelius Resources Limited is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support the Rebecca-Roe Gold Project in Western Australia. You will coordinate contractor mobilisation, site access, travel logistics, purchase orders and project documentation to keep activities compliant and running efficiently.

Working closely with project managers, engineers and suppliers, you will help maintain schedules, reports and governance processes, delivering accurate information and enabling safe, on-time

Formación

• Previous experience as Project Administrator in mining, resources, construction or related industry
• Experience coordinating travel, accommodation and workforce mobilisation activities
• Exposure to procurement processes, purchase orders and invoice administration
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) and document control abilities

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contractor mobilisation, onboarding, inductions and site access requirements
• Arrange FIFO travel, accommodation and logistics for project personnel and visitors
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing and procurement administration
• Maintain project registers, schedules, action logs and key project documentation
• Support project reporting, governance processes and cost tracking activities
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions across project workstreams
• Assist with maintaining project documentation and SharePoint systems
• Work closely with project teams to improve systems, processes and administrative efficiencies
