Arcare Aged Care in Melbourne is opening a brand-new residence in December 2026. We are hiring Personal Support Workers for permanent night shifts (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) at an hourly rate of $36.23 plus super and penalties where applicable.

You will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care to residents, assisting with daily needs and maintaining dignity and independence in a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent is required.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate and adaptable team player.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work with nurses.

About The Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfersAssisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

What We’re Looking For
