Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is hiring a Personal Support Worker to deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

You will assist with personal care, support mobility, help with meals, monitor health changes, and maintain documentation while working closely with nurses and the care team. The role emphasizes a compassionate, communicative, and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

About The Role
