Martian Logic Pty is seeking a casual Personal Care Worker (PCW)/AIN for night shifts (22:30-6:30) in NSW. You will deliver planned resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following individual care plans.

Key requirements include a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, and experience in residential aged care is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently overnight are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality personal care per individual care plans.
• Assist with continence care, toileting, hygiene, repositioning and ADLs.
• Monitor resident wellbeing at night and report changes.
• Respond to call bells and sensor alerts promptly.
• Support residents with dementia, including wandering at night.
• Document progress notes and observations accurately.
• Maintain infection prevention and a clean environment.
• Handle continence aids, linen, equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams for safety.
• Follow WHS policies and aged care standards.
• Contribute to a resident-focused care environment.

We are looking for a casual Personal Care worker (PCW)/AIN available to work night shifts (22:30-6:30). As a PCW you will be responsible for the the delivery of planned individualised resident care within level of demonstrated competence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse .

Your duties may include but not limited to:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Assist residents with continence care, toileting, personal hygiene, repositioning, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor resident wellbeing throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse.
• Respond to call bells, sensor alerts, and resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support residents living with dementia, including monitoring and assisting residents who may wander during the night.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and resident observations.
• Assist with infection prevention and control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Handle and manage continence aids, linen, equipment, and resident care supplies.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and aged care standards.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and resident-focused care environment.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Understanding of resident dignity, choice, and person-centred care.
• Current Police Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
