Bene Aged Care is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our Campbelltown Residential Facility on a casual basis. This role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, a supportive team, ongoing training and salary packaging to maximise take-home pay.

You will deliver high-quality personal care, assist residents with daily tasks, mobility and hygiene, and report changes to clinical staff while following care plans to support dignity and independence for each resident.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Understanding of aged care standards and person-centered care.
• Compassionate, respectful and dependable nature.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Your Role as a PCW

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

Desirable:

• Previous experience in residential aged care


• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
