Job summary

Bene Aged Care in Campbelltown is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our casual team at the Campbelltown Residential Facility. You will deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents, helping with daily tasks while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Understanding of aged care standards and person-centered care.
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks.
• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staff.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person.

Your Role as a PCW

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks


• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

Desirable:

• Previous experience in residential aged care


• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
