Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years experience as a Personal Care Worker (desirable).
• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing (desirable).
• Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
• Has an interest in working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet needs and enhance quality of life.
• Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support.
• Accurately document care and report changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the clinical team.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and families.

About the Role

We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team on a Casual Basis.

You will be based at our Abbey House, located at 300 Range Road Mittagong NSW 2575.
