Bolton Clarke Group is seeking casual Home and Community Care workers to support clients around Geraldton and surrounding areas. You will join a dedicated team focused on delivering compassionate care with flexible shifts.

Applicants should have Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent, own vehicle and WA licence, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR if needed. Police check and rights to work in Australia are required.

Competenze

• Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.
• Own a vehicle and WA driver's licence.
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Police Check within last 3 years (or willingness to obtain).

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming and showering.
• Assist clients to live well and attend appointments or activities.
• Engage in social activities and community participation.
• Perform domestic assistance and housekeeping tasks.

About the Role

Enjoy a flexible and rewarding casual role as part of our dedicated Home and Community Care team. You’ll be supported by a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care. This role involves travel around Geraldton and surrounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
• Engaging in social activities as required.
• Domestic assistance / housework.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

• Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
• Own vehicle
• WA Driver licence
• First Aid & CPR- or willingness to obtain
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
