Job summary

Bolton Clarke is recruiting for a Home & Community Support role in the inner North Perth suburbs (Menora and surrounds). This casual position involves personalised support to promote health, independence and lifestyle choices for clients receiving home care services.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), Australian driver license, current First Aid & CPR, and valid working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/-equivalent required.
• Australian Driver licence required.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
• Social connection and companionship

This is a casual position based in the inner North Perth suburbs - Menora and surrounds.

What do we need from you?

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded
