Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a casual Home & Community Care worker to join our Geraldton team. You'll deliver compassionate personal care, support daily living, and assist clients to live well in their own homes across Geraldton and surrounds.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, enjoy flexible shifts, and have the support of a well-known not-for-profit provider of aged care and community services. Own vehicle and driver licence are beneficial, with health and well‑being benefits.

Qualifications

• Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.
• Own vehicle.
• WA Driver licence.
• First Aid & CPR- or willingness to obtain.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
• Engaging in social activities as required.
• Domestic assistance / housework.
