Bolton Clarke in the Eastern Sydney Suburbs is seeking a permanent part-time Home Care Worker to assist clients with personalised care and activities that promote independence in their own homes. You will provide personal care, transport to appointments, shopping, light housework and meal preparation, plus social connection and companionship, supported by an experienced team.

Ideal for someone seeking regular weekday shifts, with Monday and/or Friday availability, and a commitment to respectful,

Competenze

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle.
• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

Mansioni

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include: Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation) Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
