Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking Permanent Part‑time Home Care Workers to support clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care and support to help older Australians live independently at home, backed by a capable clinical and allied health team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded

We have a Permanent Part‑time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings areas.

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.
