Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Permanent Part-time Home Care Worker to assist clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings. You will deliver personalised personal care and practical support that helps older Australians remain in their own homes.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent, have a current Australian driver licence and own vehicle, and hold First Aid/CPR and working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent.
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients.
• Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Promote social connection and companionship.
• Support clients to live independently at home.

We have a Permanent Part‑time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings areas.

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
• Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded
