Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our Community Aged Care team in Western Sydney. This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering person-centred in-home support to older Australians, helping them stay independent in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, transport to appointments, and encourage social connection and meaningful activities, with Monday and Friday availability preferred.

Formación

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is required.
• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle preferable.
• First Aid & CPR certification must be current.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Police Check within the last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

Personal Care Worker - Community Aged Care

This permanent part-time opportunity in the Western Sydney Suburbs is ideal for someone seeking consistent weekday shifts, a few days per week. It's a great fit for parents, carers, or anyone looking for work that complements school hours and other commitments.

Ideally, you will be available Mondays and Fridays.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs


• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)


• Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)


• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle


• Current First Aid & CPR


• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)


• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)


• Experience in care role highly regarded
