Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Permanent Part-time Home Care Worker to support clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale and surrounding areas in Queensland. You will deliver person-centred in-home care, helping clients maintain independence with daily tasks and meaningful activities.

The role offers a caring team environment, strong clinical support, development opportunities, and tax-advantaged salary packaging. Private health options and staff support programs are also available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent.
• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes to promote independence.
• Assist with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Provide social connection and companionship to clients to support wellbeing.

We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings areas.

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
• Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?
