Job summary

McLean Care, now part of Respect, seeks a Personal Care Assistant for Inverell, NSW. The role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day activities in a caring aged care environment, on casual morning, afternoon or overnight shifts.

You will join a supportive care team and work under the guidance of the senior clinical team to deliver high-quality care aligned with not-for-profit values.

Employment Type: Casual | morning, afternoon, overnight shifts available

Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate + applicable penalties + superannuation

About the Role:

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team at Killean in Inverell. This role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day support in a caring aged care environment.

You will work as part of a supportive care team, providing assistance under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.
