Catholic Healthcare Limited is hiring for a casual role in Wentworth Falls, NSW. The successful applicant will assist with personal care and activities, collaborate with the clinical team, and support residents and families in a caring, respectful environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with not-for-profit tax benefits and additional employee benefits. A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent is required, along with police checks and NDIS clearance.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
• Must have working rights – no sponsorship available.
• Good communication skills and genuine compassion are essential.

• Casual – (minimum 3 days availability preferred, AM/PM/ND)
• Pay rate – $38 per hour + superannuation

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing

• Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
• Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
