Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking casual care staff in Forbes/Jemalong area to support elderly residents with personal care and daily activities. The role requires compassionate individuals and flexibility across AM/PM shifts, with a minimum three days availability preferred.

You will work with a clinical team to ensure care plans are followed and documentation is maintained, contributing to high-quality care and community wellbeing. Not-for-profit employer with values-based culture.

Formación

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
• Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
• Must have working rights - no sponsorship available
