Catholic Healthcare invites you to join a caring team delivering in‑home support to older Australians around Campbelltown and Liverpool. This casual and permanent part‑time role involves travel between clients, flexible hours, and meaningful daily tasks that make a real difference.

We offer an competitive hourly rate ($34.50–$37.00), 25% casual loading, superannuation, km reimbursement ($1.11 per km) and salary packaging opportunities with not-for-profit benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for providing high quality care.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable team player.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential).
• Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Support clients with day-to-day in-home tasks (cleaning, tidying, washing).
• Transport to appointments and shopping.
• Meal preparation.
• Social support or respite for family/carers.
• Personal care including showering and dressing (if qualified).

We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around Campbelltown and Liverpool areas in a varied and rewarding role - no two days will be the same!!

Day To Day Role Looks Like

• Supporting and connecting with our clients assisting with day to day in home tasks - cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within the client's care plan
• Transport to appointments and shopping
• Meal preparation
• Social Support or Respite for family/carers
• Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

To Be Successful In This Role You'll Need
