Catholic Healthcare’s Bodington in Wentworth Falls is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to help residents with daily activities and to support personalised care plans in collaboration with our clinical team. Join a warm community that values dignity, connection and purpose.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) required.
• Recent experience as a PCA in Aged Care.
• Experience or ability to assist with medication is an advantage.
• Kind heart with genuine passion for supporting older people.
• Caring, friendly and respectful approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement.
• Getting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connected.
