Job summary

365 Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist one client in Blackheath. The role runs Monday to Friday for 4 hours daily, focusing on promoting independence and community engagement in daily life.

You will support with activities, transport, light home tasks, and medication management, while following client-specific training and maintaining safety with First Aid and CPR. This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transport.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured car.
• Willingness to complete all client-specific training before you begin (we’ll guide you through it)

• Getting out into the community to do activities the clients enjoy
• Providing transport and mobility assistance
• Helping out with a few light cleaning jobs around the home when needed
• Assist with medication management

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to support one of our clients in Blackheath.

You’ll bring your experience and knowledge in Acquired Brain Injuries, schizophrenia & supporting Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding. A strong listener who is able to prompt and promote independence and engagement, you’ll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life.
