Better Access Support Services – Ipswich QLD

Are you someone who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others? Do you believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, empowered, and independent life? If you're passionate about providing meaningful support and want to be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and inclusion — this could be the perfect role for you.

Better Access Support Services is a values-driven organisation committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support for people living with disability, mental health challenges, or other complex needs. Our goal is to empower individuals to live life on their terms — with dignity, choice, and connection to their communities. We're a team that believes in walking alongside the people we support, not in front of them.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised support that enhances the quality of life for the individuals in your care. You will work closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to promote independence, community participation, skill-building, and emotional wellbeing.
