Job summary

Queensland Country Group is seeking an energetic Personal Banking Consultant for the Mount Pleasant branch. The role focuses on delivering personalised service to Members, identifying needs, solving problems, and proactively promoting banking products and services.

It is a full-time 38-hour week with potential overtime and flexibility to work across Mackay branches. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, cash handling, and strong communication skills, with a positive attitude toward

About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Mount Pleasant branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to start a career in the finance industry or who is looking for a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week, with the right applicant available to work additional hours as required. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.
