Job summary

Queensland Country Bank is seeking a friendly Personal Banking Consultant to support customers at the Riverlink and Booval branches. You will deliver personalised service, assess individual needs, and promote our banking products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with region-wide flexibility to work across branches. Prior banking or finance experience is desirable, and a strong focus on customer service is essential.

Personal Banking Consultant - Booval and Riverlink

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our team across the Riverlink and Booval Branches as a Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the region as required.

About You

• Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
