Job summary

Queensland Country Bank in the Mackay region seeks a dedicated Personal Banking Consultant to join the Mount Pleasant branch. You will deliver personalised service, identify customer needs, and promote our banking solutions to help Members achieve their financial goals.

This full-time role is 38 hours per week with potential for extra hours. You must be willing to work at other Mackay branches as required and contribute to a supportive team culture.

About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Mount Pleasant branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to start a career in the finance industry or who is looking for a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week, with the right applicant available to work additional hours as required. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.
