Job summary

QCB Queensland Country Bank invites a Personal Banking Consultant to join our Mount Pleasant branch in Mackay. You will deliver personalised service to Members, identify needs, solve problems, and proactively promote our financial products and services.

We offer a 38-hour work week, with the possibility of additional hours and shifts at other Mackay branches as required. A genuine team player with sales experience excels in this role.

• Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable).

Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Mount Pleasant branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to start a career in the finance industry or who is looking for a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week, with the right applicant available to work additional hours as required. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.
