Job summary

CS Development Group Pty Ltd (CSDG) seeks an experienced Construction / Site Manager to take full ownership of on‑site operations on multi‑level residential projects in Greater Brisbane and South East Queensland. You will lead the on‑site team, manage safety, programme, quality and subcontractors from mobilisation through Practical Completion.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager / Project Director and drive performance across all construction stages, ensuring delivery on time and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in site management on mid‑to large residential/mixed‑use projects.
• Proven leadership of on‑site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and PT processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day site operations from mobilisation to Practical Completion.
• Lead Structures Foreman, trades, and site administration.
• Uphold a safety‑first culture and drive programme delivery.
• Chair site meetings and manage subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with Senior PM and Contracts Administrator.
