Qualifications

• Experience leading residential construction teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Site Supervisors to achieve construction, quality and customer outcomes.
• Oversee delivery of a high-volume residential construction portfolio across communities and estates.
• Drive performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with Glenvill quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.
