Amida Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor or Foreman to lead a $200m+ high-rise residential project and related developments. The role requires strong on-site leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will be based in the Gold Coast/Brisbane region with local knowledge preferred, but candidates with relevant high-rise experience are welcomed. This full-time role offers challenging work with an established contractor.

Competenze

• Trade background with on-site supervision experience on residential/mixed-use builds.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, safety, and quality on high-rise jobs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Mansioni

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site labour.
• Planning daily works and ensuring tasks are completed to program.
• Managing site activities to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Coordinating deliveries, materials and plant on site.
