St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote seeks a Chef to join the team at John Paul Village, a 213-bed facility 35km from Sydney's CBD. The successful candidate will bring exceptional cooking skills and a passion for resident well-being.

You will deliver multi-course menus, plan dining services, and lead day-to-day production with kitchen hands in a dynamic aged care setting. A strong focus on food safety, customer service, and collaboration with the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial cooking preferred.
• Current Food Handler Certificate required.
• Proven experience with volume cooking in healthcare or similar environments.
• Knowledge of all facets of Food Services including chill production and dining service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production with kitchen hands and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Deliver multi-course menus and create a fine dining experience for residents.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide high-level customer service and teamwork with care staff.
