Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented Analyst - IT Support to join its Adelaide office. The role provides onsite technical assistance to Marsh colleagues across business lines, supporting laptops, apps and hardware to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot, respond to incidents, manage inventory, and collaborate with global IT teams. Weekend or after-hours support may be required for critical events; you’ll complete training and stay current with Marsh systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of related IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, BitLocker.
Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with VPN, ZScaler, Citrix, VDI, CloudPC and wireless networking.
Experience with Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user IT support via in-person, phone, chat, and virtual channels.
Assist setup and troubleshooting of laptops and related hardware/software.
Respond to incidents, log issues, escalate as needed per SOP.
Communicate proactively with colleagues about their requests.
Support office technology infrastructure and collaborate with other technical teams.
Participate in training to learn Marsh apps and systems.
Manage and maintain inventory of local hardware assets.
Assist with moves and reconnecting laptop hardware for users.
Assist with projects and events as needed.
Occasionally work weekends or after-hours for critical events.
Complete time tracking and compulsory training to stay current.
