Job summary

Marsh in Adelaide is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver essential technical support to Marsh colleagues across the business. You will install, operate, diagnose and maintain workstations, business applications and related equipment, ensuring service levels are met.

Based onsite in our Adelaide office, you will respond to incidents through in-person, phone, chat and remote channels, document issues, assist with project work and participate in training to grow your Marsh knowledge and

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of related IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to Marsh colleagues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, software and hardware.
• Respond to incidents and requests with proper documentation and escalation.
