Job summary

Nillumbik Shire Council in Greensborough, VIC is seeking a Community Safety Support Officer to deliver high-quality customer service and broad administrative support across animal registration, local laws, permits, school crossing supervision and graffiti management.

Located in Greensborough, this permanent full-time role offers flexible working arrangements, monthly RDOs and generous leave entitlements as part of a Band 4A package.

Qualifications

• Highly developed word processing and data entry skills.
• Understanding of the programs and responsibilities of Council's Community Safety and Amenity teams.
• Ability to learn administrative requirements for school crossing programs, including rostering, timesheets and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support across community safety functions.
• Assist with animal registration and management, local laws, permits and licensing.
• Support school crossing supervision and graffiti management activities.
