Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group is seeking a warm and reliable Permanent Educator for our Epsom team in a part-time role. You’ll support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through engaging, play-based experiences, collaborating with a supportive team.

You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious and supported to grow, building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• National Child Safety Training and Victorian Child Protection Training completed.
• Strong passion for children’s learning, wellbeing and development.
• A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team; committed to reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning aligned with the EYLF.

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Epsom team in a permanent part‑time role. In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities
